We’re here to guide you every step of the way from our initial consultation to a flawless finish.

  • Submit Service Request

    Use our online form to share initial details of your project. Please provide a general scope of work and your availability for an in-person site visit. A team member will soon be in touch. 

  • Site Survey & Consultation

    An Alpine technician will meet with you to review details of your job, troubleshoot as necessary and offer solutions.

  • Scope Summary & Estimate

    Our team will follow up with a formal estimate which will outline the projected budget, number of installers and any required materials. We’ll review these details with you, address any questions and make adjustments.

  • Deposit & Scheduling

    Upon approval of the estimate, we require a 50% deposit to schedule a date of service. Should your timeline change, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your calendar.

  • Installation & Final Payment

    On installation day, our team will show up on time and with all required materials. Should you need to add anything to the scope of work, we’ll determine if we are able to accommodate it same-day. An invoice for the balance owed will be sent once the project is complete.
